· Management and delivery of works to large scale commercial units and offices/residential developments/industrial properties, including: pre-acquisition/disposal building surveys, contract administration, dilapidation liability and full dilapidation schedules and negotiations, planned maintenance reports and implementation, recommending on licenses to alter, defect diagnosis, insurance RCA’s, production of schedules of work/design/contract documents and tendering, project management, development monitoring.
· Leading on landlord’s enabling works and tenant fit out negotiations for prime retails units.
· Instructing and leading client team of consultants, co-ordinating and reporting to deliver project objectives.
· Identification and co-ordination of input from other consultants e.g. lease advisory, geo specialist, and statutory bodies.
· Carrying out defects diagnosis, schedules of dilapidations, building surveys.
· Identifying commercial opportunities, exploring feasibility, and developing.
· Client management and development.
· JLL NextGen Committee member, organising key client development and networking events.
· Developing cross-selling opportunities, expanding on internal client relationships.
· Bidding for work, managing fees and reporting to/influencing wider department figures.
