PROPERTY MANAGER,
MEYRICK ESTATE MANAGEMENT

· Influencing and managing the strategic renovation/conversion and maintenance policy for a large private estate, including, public motor racing circuit, holiday park, offices, industrial units, stately homes, 145 acre solar park, large portfolio of AST dwellings, large portfolio of AHA/FBT farms.
· Identifying and project managing planned and reactive maintenance.
· Identifying investment opportunities, exploring feasibility, presenting options appraisals.
· Developing briefs of refurbishment, renovation, alterations.
· Carrying out defects diagnosis, schedules of dilapidations, building surveys.
· Instructing and managing department of direct labour as well as external sub-contractors.
· Setting and managing R&M budgets of approx. £1million pa, and reporting to entity directors.
· Preparing schedules of work, specifications, drawings, contract documents, programmes.
· Procuring and project managing commercial and residential construction work.
· Performing roles of Project Manager, Contract Administrator, CDM Co-ordinator (as was), Designer, Client’s Representative, Building Surveyor and Facilities Manager as required.
· Instructing, co-ordinating and managing consultants e.g. Structural Engineer, Architect etc.
· Chairing of meetings and managing issues, client liaison, complaints handling.
· Strategic works programme management.
